Marcel Caron
Marcel Caron owns Perkins-Caron Home Centres Ltd, along with his partner Roy Perkins.
The Perkins-Caron Home Centre is part of the RONA network, and is recognised throughout the region as specialists in construction materials as well as colour and paint. Roy and Marcel offer a wide range of seasonal products and a complete assortment of other basic merchandise.
RONA is the largest Canadian distributor and retailer of hardware, home renovation and gardening products. RONA operates a network of some 530 franchised, affiliated and corporate stores of various sizes and formats. With over 20,000 employees working under its family of banners across Canada and some 12 million square feet of retail space, the RONA store network generates close to $4 billion in annual sales.
In 2002, the Perkins-Caron Home Centre was awarded the Employee First Award by the Cornwall and Area Chamber of Commerce.
