Kim Baird
Kim Baird is a Councillor of the City of Cornwall.
She was elected for her first term on City Council in November 2006 and will serve until 2010.
Cornwall is recognized by many as a world class business location. Independent studies have ranked Cornwall as being one of the lowest cost cities in which to establish a company, based on factors such as land and building costs, labour costs, electricity and transportation.
