David Enns founded the appraisal firm, now known as Enns,
MacEachern, Pace, Maloney & Associates Inc, in 1984.
Presently, Enns, MacEachern, Pace, Maloney & Associates
serves Eastern Ontario, extensively in the United Counties
of Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry, Prescott and Russell and
also Leeds and Grenville. The firm has expertise in the
areas of residential, commercial, industrial and
agricultural type properties. Special assignments such as
rental studies and property acquisiton consultations are
also provided for our clients.
David moved to Cornwall from Toronto in 1969 in order to
accept a position on the faculty of St. Lawrence College as
a professor of Economics in the Business Department. It was
while he was teaching in the appraisal programme for the
college that he started his own real estate appraisal
business. After 29 years at the college, David retired to
devote full time to his business.
David believes in a service driven philosophy for his
clientele with an emphasis on confidentiality,
professionalism, independence and integrity. The Mission
