Bernadette Clément
Bernadette Clément is a Councillor of the City of Cornwall.
Ms. Clément was elected to her first term on City Council in November 2006 and will serve until 2010.
Cornwall is recognized by many as a world class business location. Independent studies have ranked Cornwall as being one of the lowest cost cities in which to establish a company, based on factors such as land and building costs, labour costs, electricity and transportation.
