Cornwall to Exhibit at Real Estate Show
Team Cornwall members will be joining Cornwall Economic Development's booth at PM Expo, Canada’s largest property management exposition and conference from Wednesday November 28th through to Friday November 30th, at the
Metro Toronto Convention Centre.
Cornwall's booth will feature information on available industrial and commercial real estate opportunities
in the City. The City has been exhibiting at this show for several consecutive years, and has been successful
in making new contacts with commercial real estate agents, developers, site selection consultants and real
estate officials from large corporations.
"It is one of Team Cornwall's core mandates to help promote Cornwall by participating in the City's marketing efforts", said Gilles Latour. "Team Cornwall members will be participating at their own expense, as we have done so for the past several years".
Cornwall Economic Development has over 50 free passes to the show ($50 value) that are available to local
developers, contractors, tradespeople, real estate agents, architects, interior designers, facility managers,
building engineers, or anybody with an interest in attending. They can be picked up at the Cornwall
Economic Development office at 340 Pitt Street (Fourth Floor) as of Tuesday afternoon, November 20th.
Featuring over 1100 exhibitors and expected to draw more than 23,000 visitors, PM Expo will be held
concurrently with Construct Canada, HomeBuilder & Renovator Expo, Concrete Canada, and
DesignTrends. Together, these “shows within a show” will feature the very latest in products, technologies,
best practices and applications for the construction, management, operations, maintenance, retrofit, and
renovation of all types of buildings.
PM Expo also offers a wide range of educational seminars provided by over 450 speakers. The National
GreenBuilding Conference will be an integral part of the event as well, offering attendees with the most up-to-date information on this evolving market trend.
